383,000 applicants of the National Housing Movement have not deposited their money – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Ali Askari reminded that 894 thousand 168 people have opened accounts in the bank, he said: 225 thousand 333 people have more than 40 million Tomans, 69 thousand 963 people have 30 to 40 million Tomans, 215 1,427 people have paid up to 30 million Tomans and the rest (383,445 people) have not made a deposit.

He added: So far, contracts for 223,398 units worth 75,691 billion Tomans have been signed.

Stating that the contract for 17,827 units will be signed soon, he added: In total, the number of payment facilities for the applicants of the National Housing Movement Plan introduced by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development will reach 240,000 people.

The head of the Housing Bank announced the total amount deposited to the projects at 56,914 billion tomans and said: About 20 percent of the National Housing Movement projects have less than 30 percent, 45 percent between 30 and 70 percent, and 25 percent have physical progress above 70 percent.
