41% progress of Mehr Persian Gulf Refinery / Opening of the first phase in 1402

According to the economic correspondent of Fars News Agency, in September of 1999, the construction ceremony of the first completely Iranian oil refinery called “Persian Gulf” project was held near the Persian Gulf Star Oil Refinery, in the presence of Sardar Salami, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
This refinery will be built by Khatam Al-Anbia Construction Camp, with full use of domestic knowledge, 18 km northwest of Bandar Abbas, next to the largest refinery in Iran.
According to Sardar Salami, the Persian Gulf seal project will be built as a petro-refinery next to the large Persian Gulf Star refinery. The capacity of this unit is 120,000 barrels of gas condensate and its construction capital is 470 million euros.
It seems that after the operation of the 60,000 barrel refinery in South Adish until the end of this year, the Persian Gulf Mehr project will be the second petroleum refinery to be built in the 13th government.
Details of the Persian Gulf Mehr refinery are given in Table 1.
