50% increase in apartment rent in Sattarkhan / Percent increase in housing rent in Tehran’s second district

According to Tejaratnews, according to the advertisements of Divar website on the rental requirements of apartments in Tehran, a list of the average monthly rental price of 80-meter apartments in some municipal districts of Tehran’s second district has been obtained along with the percentage increase in their prices in the past year.
According to the extracted data, Gisha and Shadmehr neighborhoods have recorded the lowest price increase among the following neighborhoods with an increase of about 38% from October 2016 to October 1400. It is noteworthy that these two neighborhoods had a price reduction (less than one percent) from September 1400 to October 1400.
In contrast, Shahr-e-Ara neighborhood, with a 72% increase in apartment rental rates in the past year, has had the highest average monthly rent increase among the neighborhoods in the table below.
Marzdaran, which is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Tehran and also the municipality of Tehran’s second district, has had a 44% increase in monthly rent from October 1999 to October 2014, which has not recorded a high percentage compared to other neighborhoods listed in the table below.
Sadeghieh neighborhood has registered a rent increase of about 47% in the past year and Saadatabad neighborhood has recorded a 48% increase in rent rates from October 2010 to October 2014. Also, Sattar Khan and Shahrak-e Gharb are neighborhoods that have registered a 51% increase in apartment rental rates in the past year.
According to the table below, Tarasht neighborhood has recorded a 57.7% increase in the monthly rent for an 80-meter apartment from October 1999 to October 2014.
