5,000 billion debt to Bank D / embezzlement or debt?

According to Tejarat News, it was on the 5th of July that Bank D published a transparency in Kadal. According to this transparency, one of the subsidiaries of Bank D has a debt of five thousand billion tomans.
Many people reacted to this issue. For example, the head of the organization of the Martyr’s Foundation considered this debt of five thousand billion Tomans as embezzlement and said that we will take back the last Rial of the debt.
Amir Hossein Ghazizadeh Hashemi, about the discovery of corruption in one of the subsidiaries affiliated with Bank D, said:
He stated that the 13th government is dealing with any corruption, and said: “We will take back the embezzlement of 5,000 billion in one of Bank D’s companies until the last rial, and the Martyr Foundation will not appease anyone in this regard (Tasnim).”
But Bank D told Tejarat News that the debt was not embezzlement and would be paid.
There was no embezzlement
Bank D’s public relations also stressed in a statement that the use of the word embezzlement in this context is incorrect. Because the bank spontaneously entered the case and is pursuing the case.
It is claimed in this announcement: so far, about 20,000 billion Rials of these claims have been assigned. The collection of the remaining receivables from the bank’s subsidiaries, along with the non-current receivables of other natural and legal persons, is being seriously pursued, the results of which will be disclosed in the interim and annual reports.
Embezzlement or debt?
At present, it is not clear whether this five thousand billion tomans was embezzlement or debt! Bank D says the bank itself has found and clarified the debt. On the other hand, the head of the Martyr’s Foundation says that this amount has been embezzled.
We have to wait and see if this debt will be paid by the subsidiary of Bank D this year or not?
