He added: More than a third of the lands – the National Housing Movement – that the president had promised were secured. In terms of facilities, monitoring the condition of the provinces has been provided to some extent, but it is still not complete.
He clarified: According to the statistics center, the price of basic construction materials has increased by 60%, on the other hand, at the beginning of the year, the wages and salaries of the workers were officially increased by 57% by the government, which is another factor in the increase in costs.
The Vice President of Planning and Resource Management of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development stated that the approval of the presidential trip in the field of transportation has created a commitment of approximately 17 Hamats (17 thousand billion Tomans) for the next year. The current budget for the transportation season this year is 22 hemats (22 thousand billion tomans), which should be increased to at least 50 hemats to cover 50% of the expenses.
On December 14 this year, the CEO of the National Housing Fund said: a maximum of 20 thousand billion tomans of facilities have been paid. In total, a maximum of 27 thousand billion Tomans were spent in this period of the national housing movement, which is not a large figure.
Open space for bargaining in cement price
It should be mentioned that the Cement Association recently increased the floor price of cement by 35% after two years of stability, from 360,000 Tomans per ton to 486,000 Tomans.

Currently, the price of type 2 gray cement varies from 39,000 to 47,000 per packet in the country’s market, and type 1 cement is traded around 46,000 tomans. The weight of the envelope in these prices is 50 kilos.
The price of bulk gray cement in type 2 varies from 790 thousand to 900 thousand per ton, and type 1 is bought and sold around 970 thousand per ton.
