Faridzad considered the successful implementation of this project as a turning point in the history of Idem and pointing out that 1,250 units of this engine have been produced and delivered in the past two years, he announced the implementation of development projects to increase the production capacity of the mentioned engine from next year. gave

While referring to the advancement of development programs in line with the policies of Iran Khodro Industrial Group, he stated: the implementation of product development projects and the upgrading of all manufactured products, including engines 355, 457 and 364, up to the level of the EURO 5 EEV standard in line with compliance with the country’s environmental laws and requirements and accountability According to the needs of the country’s commercial transport fleet by domestic experts, it is on the agenda.

Idem’s CEO also listed the improvement of the emission level, 7.2% reduction in engine fuel consumption and annual foreign exchange savings of at least 75 million dollars as national achievements of the implementation of the three mentioned projects and announced the start of their mass production from the beginning of next year.
