He stated: “This is while according to the resolution of the Monetary and Credit Council, the interest rate of the facility is 18%.”
According to the Deputy Minister of Roads and Urban Development, the 13 percent difference in profits under the Housing Production Leap Law comes from the resources of the National Housing Fund.
He pointed out: 5% facilities, free land and provision and payment of low-interest and gratuitous facilities up to 80% of the cost price for a residential unit for the first to third deciles, as well as allocating a row of grants to these deciles through the support of support organizations and foundations.
