According to the report published by the Central Bank, in the first quarter of this year, 73 executive bodies received facilities from the banking network. The number of loans paid to these devices in total is equivalent to 323 loans and their value reaches more than 29,770 billion Tomans.
The Central Bank has recently published a report on its official website, revealing for the first time the statistics and figures related to the facilities and payment obligations of the banking network to executive bodies in the spring of 1402. This action was after part 4-1 of paragraph i of note 16 of the budget law of 1402 stipulated that the central bank, using its information system and data received from banks, determines the amount of facilities or obligations paid to each of the executive bodies in Make it publicly available and update seasonally.

Examining the report of the central bank indicates that in the spring of 1402, Iran’s state-owned commercial specialized parent company, which is the arm of the government in carrying out the tasks of procurement and supply, purchase, storage and distribution of the country’s basic goods, received a loan of 10 thousand billion tomans in two installments. It has received the most facilities among executive bodies.
In the next rank is the Social Security Organization, which received 33 loans from the banking network in the first quarter of the year, the value of which reaches more than eight thousand and 720 billion tomans. Shiraz Municipality received 14 items of facilities worth 1,426 billion Tomans, together with the Agricultural Support Services Company, which received 1,350 billion Tomans loans in 6 items, are also in the next ranks.
In the fifth place of this list is the country’s pension fund, which has received a thousand billion tomans loan from the country’s banking network in the first quarter of this year in just one facility.

Central Bank data provided directly by banks show that 18 municipalities, which include large cities such as Isfahan, Mashhad, Ahvaz and Shiraz, have received a total of more than three thousand billion Tomans in the first three months of this year.
In addition, the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation and its provincial districts have borrowed about 1,990 billion tomans during this period. This report also shows that Astan Quds Razavi has received 18 bank facilities from the beginning of 1402 to the end of June, the total amount of which is more than 776 billion tomans.
Which universities received facilities?
This spring, banks have granted more than 487 billion tomans of facilities to the universities of the country, including Isfahan, Shahroud and Malik Ashtar Universities of Technology, Iran Universities of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Mashhad, Shahrekord, Kahkiloyeh and Boyar Ahmad, along with Maragheh and Yasuj universities.
It should be mentioned that electricity distribution companies and water and sewage companies of the provinces have also received 234 billion tomans and 120 billion tomans of facilities during the same period.
