According to the Mehr news agency, quoted by Euronews, the Russian Ministry of Transport announced: 78 planes of this Russian airline have been detained outside Russia due to some restrictions imposed.

Following the Russian military operation in Ukraine, Western countries closed their airspace to its planes and imposed sanctions, announcing that they would seize the planes belonging to Russian airlines.

Russia’s transport ministry said Moscow had used “Iranian experience” to help serve its air fleet; Because Tehran has had a similar situation before (because of sanctions).
