850 unauthorized companies were sealed in Tehran – Tejaratnews

According to Tejarat News, Hossein Jannati, Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran, said: With the aim of organizing the housing sales and rental market in a period of three months, the Directorate General of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran Province has led 9,500 real estate consultation tours.
He added: Joint patrols including representatives from the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, the General Directorate of Roads and Urban Development of the province, government agencies, places and mobilization of guilds have made separate visits to the north, south, east and west areas of Tehran and the cities of the province.
Gennati continued: In the last three months, 9,500 patrols were conducted with the aim of organizing real estate consultants, which resulted in 2,100 warnings and the sealing of 850 unauthorized companies.
He announced the number of real estate consultants in Tehran province as 11,000 units and said: It is expected that more than 1,200 real estate consultants are illegal, that is, they do not have a trade license.
The General Director of Roads and Urban Development of Tehran announced the fine of 850 billion tomans and added: having a trade license, installing price lists in front of customers, obtaining real estate commission fees and giving tracking codes without receiving money to applicants are among the cases. It is noticed and checked by inspection patrols during real estate inspections.
