90 bank accounts of oil ministry companies were blocked

The representative of Torbat Heydarieh responded that if an organization does not implement the accounts of the treasury unit, it is a judgment of illegal seizure of public property, has there been a case against the violators? He said: In the last commission meeting we had, it was agreed that the Audit Bureau and the Majlis Research Center will present a detailed report together with the friends of the Ministry of Oil about the accounts that have not been transferred yet. If their reasons were justified for the Commission and Court of Accounts, which they are not, because there are some reasons for sanctions and such issues, and we also have limitations, but if the reasons are not justified, then Article 234 of the Parliament’s internal regulations will definitely be applied.
In the end, Zanganeh pointed out that in less than a month, both the Accounts Court and the Majlis Research Center will give their reports to the relevant ministries. If their delay is not justified for the Program and Budget Commission, then… Article 234 will be applied to those special devices and violators.
