The technical expert issues a technical examination sheet, which is against the law according to the approvals of the 36th meeting of the technical examination working group of Tehran province, and therefore the experts of this department stopped the activity of this center.
He went on to say that the experts of this department witnessed repeated violations by this complex during their subsequent inspections and they faced obstruction from the authorities during the sealing of this center, and stated that, on this basis, the experts are against filing a court case for This offending center took action and finally, by obtaining a verdict from the judicial authority, they proceeded to seal it with the help of police officers.
