According to the online economy report, according to Circular No. 261654/01 dated 19/10/1401, the following amendments will be notified in compliance with other foreign exchange rules and regulations:

1- The table listed in paragraph (1) of the aforementioned circular is modified and replaced as follows:

2- Clause (7) of Sadr al-Zekar’s circular is amended as follows:

7- Medicines and medical equipment (only with a license issued by the Food and Drug Organization or the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education in the registration of the relevant order subject to the non-use of cosmetics) are excluded from the provisions of the above-mentioned clauses.

Note: The Food and Drug Organization should, in coordination with the Ministry of Industry, Mining and Trade, take the necessary measures to include information on the nature of the goods (medicine/medical equipment/cosmetics/sanitary) in the order registration.

At the end of this circular, it is emphasized that all relevant branches and currency units should be notified and its implementation should be monitored.
