A cooperation memorandum was signed between Iran and the Islamic Food Security Organization

According to Fars news agency, quoted from Trade Promotion OrganizationDuring the visit of Alireza Peyman Pak, head of the Trade Development Organization to Uzbekistan, a memorandum of understanding on commercial cooperation in the field of agricultural products and food was signed between Iran and the Islamic Food Security Organization.
According to this memorandum, information on business corridors (corridors) within the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and related business plans between the Islamic Republic of Iran and other member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in the region, in the fields of agriculture and food industries, will be exchanged.
Also, other support to facilitate mutual trade between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation for agricultural and food products and related goods, to promote and develop the mutual trade of agricultural and food products between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to ensure Sustainable food security and the implementation of agricultural business plans, commercial investment and multilateral cooperation are other things that the two parties have committed to do in the memorandum.
In addition, the two sides emphasized on cooperation in holding commercial exhibition events, supply of goods, use of Islamic financial instruments to support business development.
