A delegation from Hamas goes to Syria / Reviving relations between the resistance and Damascus

Although another Palestinian official confirmed the details of the Hamas delegation’s trip to Syria, a Palestinian official in Syria denied that this Hamas trip was a planned trip.

On the other hand, Reuters reported that Hamas officials in the Gaza Strip and the Syrian government did not react to this news.

Last June, two Hamas officials told Reuters that the movement had decided to resume relations with the Syrian government.

On September 24 of this year, the Hamas movement announced the resumption of relations with Syria by announcing its gratitude for Syria’s support to the Palestinian people and their cause.
