Colonel Hamekhani added: “According to the experts in this accident, the Nissan van was declared the culprit of the accident due to its inability to control the vehicle.”

Colonel Hamekhani pointed out: Drivers should pay attention to avoid traffic on the special line and drive at a safe speed and with patience when it is raining and raining so that we do not witness the occurrence of such annoying incidents on the city roads.
