A film starring Baran Kothari in preparation for the Fajr Festival

Charso Press: The film “Silent City” produced by Reza Mohaghegh has recently received a screening permit and Ahmed Bahrami told Isna about the planning for the release of this film: “We have obtained a screening permit for the film inside and outside the country and we are looking to participate in various festivals.” but the priority is to register in Fajr Film Festival.

He added: The movie “Silent City” is a type of cinema whose artistic side is more dominant than the popular side and what is known as body cinema, but it is more telling a story than “Silent Plain”.

“Silent City” is Bahrami’s third film after “Dasht Kishom” and “Panah”. This filmmaker won the Venice Film Festival’s Horizons Award for Iranian cinema for “Silent Plains”. Bahrami was also nominated for a special award at Cannes Mediterranean Festival with his first feature film, Panah.

In the movie “Silent City”, Baran Kothari, Babak Karimi, Ali Bagheri, Behzad Durani, Mohsen Mehri Darvi, Karim and Habib Shrahi have appeared in front of Masoud Amini-Tirani’s camera as actors.
