A film that does not observe hijab will be stopped

According to Fars news agency, Bahman Habashi, one of the directors of the production office of the Cinema Organization, in response to the news of the filming of some films in two forms, without hijab and with hijab, said: According to reliable information of the Cinema Organization, such news is not true and none of the films are being produced. They have not taken such illegal action.

He added: Obviously, if such news is true, the film in question will be stopped at every stage of production and will have irreparable consequences for the makers of the work.

Habashi continued: As a film organization, our advice to investors, producers and directors is to take care of their name, credit and capital, because the consequences of any violation of the country’s official laws will be directed at the main actors.

He said: “Iranian cinema has always been a noble, law-abiding and sublime cinema and without doubt it will continue its blessed life in accordance with the official and existing laws of the country.”

Habashi stated: Based on the follow-up and detailed information of the officials of the cinema organization, the projects being produced are fully compliant with the laws and regulations being produced, and the marginalization will not affect the natural process of production and the professional and legal life of cinematographers.
