According to Tejarat News, the managing director of the National Housing Fund said that according to the law on the jump in housing production, banks must pay 360 billion tomans for housing facilities this year, otherwise they will be fined.
Massoud Rahnama said: If the banks do not fulfill their duty by the end of the year, they will be fined 20% tax and these fines will be deposited to the National Housing Fund.

The CEO of the National Housing Fund said: So far, less than 50 thousand billion tomans of facilities have been paid in the housing sector, and Housing Bank has been the most cooperative.
According to Sedavsima, Rahnama added: If 300 thousand billion tomans of the 360 ​​thousand billion tomans assigned to the housing sector are not paid, 20 percent of it will be collected from the banks as a tax penalty and deposited into the National Housing Fund.
It should be noted that in the fourth article of the housing production jump law, it is stated: “Banks and non-banking credit institutions are obliged to allocate at least 20% of the payment facilities of the banking system every year with the interest rate approved by the Money and Credit Council to the housing sector, so that in the year First, the implementation of the law should not be less than three million and 600 thousand billion Rials for the units subject to this law, and for the coming years, the minimum resources of the aforementioned facilities should be increased by increasing the percentage of Sadr al-Zekar in accordance with the annual inflation rate.
In Note 5 of Article 4, the country’s tax affairs organization is obliged to take a tax equal to 20% of the unfulfilled obligation from the disgruntled banks and credit institutions and deposit it to the country’s treasury if the banks do not cooperate; This amount is considered 100% allocated and deposited into the account of the National Housing Fund.
