A great gathering of Asheglar lovers of East Azerbaijan was held/gifting of the first-class art badge to a veteran artist+photo

According to Fars news agency, the 36th Ashiklar music and literature gathering of East Azarbaijan province was held in Ahar city with the presence of Aashiqi artists from all over East Azarbaijan province, Arsbaran region and some cities of Ardabil province.

This musical program deals with the activity, musical culture and the preservation and dissemination of songs and the way of playing and reciting music, especially in the form of chest to chest and oral, and the continuation of this art and tradition to the next generations.

In last night’s program, the veterans of art lovers, Master “Wali Elah Abdi” and Master “Mohammed Mohammadi Farah” were honored and awarded the first degree of art for the first time in Arsbaran region, in the presence of the Director General of Culture and Islamic Guidance and the Deputy Director of Culture and Islamic Guidance of East Azarbaijan Province. The representative of the people of Ahar and Haris counties in the Islamic Council, the governor of Ahar and a group of officials and artists were presented to Professor Ashiq Wali Elah Abdi.

Ashiq, Ashiq or Ashiq, is a traveling mystic and songwriter who plays instruments and sings. Before the introduction of the word “Aashiq”, this class was known by the Turkish word Uzan. Ashiqs are often skilled in improvisation and sometimes compose their own ballads.
