Khazaei, stating that the growth of cinematographic productions in line with the flow of holy defense, resistance and revolution has become more serious in this period, emphasized: This is not related to a specific person and is the product of group and team work.
He continued: Encouraging and persuading cultural and cinematographic institutions and collections in order to increase the production coefficient in line with the development of employment and livelihood, following up to facilitate and reduce the problems of cinematographic projects with war and sacred defense themes, exchanging opinions for easier exploitation of the city’s facilities. Holy defense, planning and thinking together to strengthen the screening of revolutionary films and holy defense, as well as the expansion of hangouts and discussion spaces were among the axes raised in this joint meeting.
According to him, due to the density and extent of affairs, the cinema organization may sometimes not be able to have a meeting with all spectrums, colleagues and cinematographers, but we have defined the process in such a way that we have weekly meetings with dozens of filmmakers and cinematographers in different departments and their concerns and demands. He added: Joint meetings and discussions with other influential cultural centers in the field of cinema are essential for the prosperity of employment and livelihood of cinematographers. Referring to the crises and challenges that have arisen in the past year in the cinema, the head of the cinema organization said: Since the first days of my presence in the organization, we have faced repeated challenges, many of which were not related to cinema and the flow of culture and art. have been related to “cinema hypertext”.
He stated that the protection of the social capital of cinema requires the convergence of all spectrums and tastes and continued: We do not have any compliments or confrontations with anyone. One of the criticisms we receive is that you act a little conservatively, but we are not our business. There have been enough conservatives in the field of culture. He also pointed to the gaps in the artists aligned with the cultural front of the revolution and said: In my opinion, despite the presence of the people’s government and revolutionary managers in the cinema organization, we still see gaps in the field of the cultural flow of the revolution, which should be corrected and filled by other complementary circles and hangouts. to be In this case, institutions and organizations such as Narrat Foundation can play an effective role by establishing and reviving circles and platforms for dialogue and thinking.
