A joint supervisory visit was made to Alborz travel service companies and offices

Alborz Shahram Alimohammadi, quoted from the Public Relations Department of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, stated that due to the beginning of the summer season and the increase in the summer trips of tourists, this was done with the aim of monitoring the way travel service offices provide services to the people.

Alborz tourism deputy added: These visits were made on three consecutive days with experts from the three mentioned institutions.

According to Alimohammadi, during these visits, the problems and conditions of the travel service offices were examined closely, and written notices were issued for the offices that did not have favorable conditions and appropriate measures were taken.

The offices were evaluated from a technical point of view, the validity of the operating license, how to sell travel and provide services to customers, overselling, canceling tickets, implementing the laws and regulations, etc.
