A memorandum of understanding for the construction of 200,000 rental housing is signed in Tehran

Shayan stated that the repayment period of this loan will be a maximum of 10 years and regarding the interest rate of the loan, he said: The interest rate of this loan is 18% based on the approval of the Money and Credit Council, which is probably subsidized from the National Housing Fund.
