Mohammad Turkmaneh, CEO of Barkat Foundation, Ayatollah Ebrahimi, CEO of Sepeh Bank, and senior managers of other banks operating in the country were held in the conference hall of Farman Imam (RA) executive headquarters.
Ehsan Khandozi, the Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, during the signing ceremony of this memorandum, stating that this memorandum, which is implemented in cooperation with the operating banks and the Barkat Foundation, is for the purpose of laying the rails and moving the financing system towards production and small and quick-yielding businesses of the country, and said: an understanding of 400,000 One billion Riyals to create employment by the executive headquarters of Farman Imam (RA) is one of the unique initiatives in recent years.

He added: Our plan is to use the power and credibility of the country’s banking network to increase production in the country and provide micro-facilities to the needy, creating jobs in the Pishran projects and not engaging in unproductive actions using the expertise of Barkat Foundation facilitators.
Nowrozi, head of the executive staff of Farman Imam (RA) also said about this memorandum: this understanding will be implemented in more than 400 cities in two years and about 400 thousand jobs will be created by the executive staff of Farman Imam (RA).
He stated that the signing of the largest employment creation agreement in the country between the executive headquarters of Farman Imam (RA) and eight banks will create about 400,000 jobs by the end of the year, which is in line with the implementation of the government’s plans.
