A new Telegram update with many new features for Android and iOS has been released. This version is the twelfth update of Telegram this year and brings you many features.
Telegram kicked off 2021 with an interesting update. This new update, like the previous updates, adds significant features to Telegram.
New Telegram update capabilities
Now in this version we see the addition of the “reaction” feature to the program. If you have used Facebook Messenger before, you are familiar with this feature. All you have to do in Telegram is hold your finger on the message (in iOS) or tap on the message (in Android) to be able to choose one of the various emojis as your reaction to the desired content. On both platforms, double-tapping the message sends a thumbs-up message.
Of course, you can change your default double tap response from the program settings. Reactivity is enabled in personal chats; But in groups and channels, it is the admins who have to activate them and also decide on the emojis available to respond to.
Another new feature of Telegram in this update is to prevent the story of the movie from being leaked. With the new format, you can mark part of your message as a spoiler to hide in chat and notifications. Of course, the recipient can see it with a single tap on the hidden part.
Also now when you select a message, you will see the translation option in the menu. This feature will be enabled on all Android devices as well as devices equipped with iOS 15 and above. Of course, which languages are supported depends on your phone software.
Additionally, you can now create a QR code with a personalized theme for anyone with a generic username. This feature is also enabled for groups, channels, and bots, allowing you to select the right color and pattern for the code. Telegram has also paid attention to macOS in its latest update and has improved the design of all menus. We also see the addition of animated icons to this version.
Finally, we should mention the new interactive version for some emojis. For example, if you send a snowflake, it will snow on the screen. Telegram has become even more interesting with this update.
