The vice president of modern technologies of Central Bank said: According to the measures taken in this area, the number of bounced checks has decreased significantly, and from 10 people a day for returning checks to one person every 3 days.

Mehran Moharmian, at the meeting of the annual conference of electronic banking and payment systems, stated that 98% of banking services are now electronic, and stated: since the past decades, banking services have been digitized and we have moved towards making these services smarter, a prerequisite for making services smarter. Banking is the digitization of this field, fortunately, this prerequisite is available, and it should be noted that smart banking is not a matter of separation from electronic and digital banking.

He informed about the personalization of banking services and said: We are looking for the provision of banking services based on the economic, occupational and family status of each particular customer, and if a service is not suitable for this customer, it will be replaced with another service and according to the characteristics We offer a unique service to that customer. One of the applications of this new method is that we prevent suspicious transactions and fraud from people’s accounts, because by observing the customer’s behavior, we determine that he does not perform this transaction.

The Vice President of New Technologies of the Central Bank announced the beginning of the science of the new validation stages and stated: One of the issues is the implementation of the new validation method this year, and the first output of the new validation method is that the provision of micro-facilities becomes smoother.

Mohramian continued: In the new method, two parameters have been taken into account, the coverage of validation is from 30% to 100% and the accuracy of validation is from 60% to 80%.

He also emphasized about the implementation of the electronic checks project: due to the measures taken in this area, the number of bounced checks has decreased significantly and we have reached one prisoner every 3 days from 10 prisoners per day for returning checks.

Moharmian emphasized: According to the 7th development plan, all paper checks will be removed from the country in the third year of the plan.
