Mehdi Naqoyan, the head of Sima Film, believes that during the period of transformation, sixty to seventy percent of the works should go towards the productions of concern. In this regard, Naqoyan says that “Sima Film, like other television sectors, faced a transformation, and this transformation was done from the point of view of structure and production. When we get a problem from a system, it shows the weakness of its structure. This structural transformation also takes time. Our mission can be mentioned in words such as creating hope, Iranian Islamic life, contemporary history, and revolutionary history.

A slight increase in Simafilm series

Regarding the increase in the quantity in the production of dramas in Simafilm, he said, “This is happening for the first time. Previously, when films and series were produced in the networks, the networks themselves did not comment on the production and diversity of the series, but in the previous periods, there was a high series council under the head of the organization, and the network managers had three representatives in this council. In every meeting, the scripts were discussed and gathered, and a decision was made to make them.”

Naqoyan further mentioned 3 stages in the production of artworks and announced that “Today, the three important stages of the production of artworks, i.e. design, production and distribution, have been separated. This causes the division of work and the quality of products increases. The meaning of transformation in film broadcasting is this separation in terms of structure that has happened.

In this meeting, the head of the Sima Film organization said about the script center: One of the main problems in the production of the series in the past years was the lack of a complete script. But one of the slogans of the transformation that we stand firmly on is that the script must be completely written and then produced; It doesn’t matter if this script is for Cima Film or the script center or someone outside this organization. The Supreme Leader’s confirmation and emphasis in Dr. Jabali’s last meeting with him was that the production should not start without a complete script.
