About 12,000 billion tomans were paid to the builders in the National Housing Movement

According to the Iran Economist, quoting the news site of Maskan-Hibna Bank, Mahmoud Shayan, CEO of Maskan Bank, in an interview with a reporter of the news website of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development regarding the latest status of opening accounts and depositing funds of applicants of the National Housing Movement in that bank The builders provided statistics.
The CEO of the Housing Bank announced that so far about 347,448 people have opened accounts in the Housing Bank for the National Housing Movement plan.
Shayan enumerated the applicants of the National Housing Movement plan as 13 thousand and 690 billion Tomans and explained: 7 thousand and 953 billion Tomans of the applicants have been transferred to the accounts of the builders so far and 5 thousand and 737 billion Tomans are with the bank to be requested by the responsible agencies. Builders get paid.
He continued: 3,979 billion tomans have been paid to the builders’ accounts from the facilities so far.
The CEO of Maskan Bank explained: 9,441 projects with 164,804 units were introduced to the bank. Of this number, 2,014 projects and 54,484 units have been contracted so far.
He stated that the amount of the concluded facilities is 16 thousand and 559 billion Tomans.
