According to Aria Heritage, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Ardabil Province, Ayatollah Seyed Hassan Ameli, in a meeting with the Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of the province and artisans and activists in the field of Ardabil national handicrafts, “On behalf of the honorable people of Ardabil province, I congratulate this success and I hope this art and thought will flourish more in this province.”
The Friday Imam of Ardabil added: “If these magnificent handicrafts of the province are presented in international exhibitions and neighboring countries, they will certainly be in great demand, and this will provide the ground for a prosperity in the production and sale of these products.”
He called for the development of handicrafts in Ardabil province, the establishment of exhibitions in neighboring countries and Azerbaijan, and called for the promotion of tourism and handicrafts capabilities of Ardabil province in international and foreign networks.
“The first priority of introducing handicrafts in Ardabil province is to create handicraft exhibitions and identify the tastes of nations,” he said. “We must identify the tastes of nations in handicrafts and offer these products with luxurious packaging.”
The representative of the Supreme Leader in Ardabil province, while thanking the director general of cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts of Ardabil province for the honor of obtaining the national seal of seal of authenticity for 18 magnificent works of the province in the field of handicrafts, called for passing this art to future generations.

“We hope that with the continuation of this support, we will see more and more activities in the handicrafts sector of the province,” he said, appreciating the efforts of the governor and deputy governors who are helping craftsmen in the field of handicrafts.
The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Ardabil Province considered hosting Ardabil 2023 as the capital of ECO member countries as one of the important events ahead for Ardabil Province and added: “We can be a worthy host for this important event.”
