Irani pointed out: by promoting corporate governance among the country’s banks, the occurrence of administrative and financial processes in accordance with its requirements is very important, and the bank’s compliance unit can take care of the compliance of corporate governance.

The member of the Board of Directors of Tehsehe Cooperative Bank reminded: for the effectiveness of the compliance unit, it is necessary to comply with some principles, such as the code of ethics of the employees, explaining the position of the compliance unit in the bank and credit institution, determining the functions and responsibilities of the compliance unit, explaining the limits of the powers of the compliance unit, ensuring independence. The compliance unit determines the reporting requirements regarding the compliance risk and determines how the control functions of compliance policies and principles of the compliance unit in the bank are performed.
In explaining the duties of the enforcement unit, he said: The enforcement unit is responsible for communicating and ensuring the establishment and implementation of the policy of compliance and regulations at all levels of the bank, and in case of any cases of non-compliance with the rules and regulations within the framework of the policy of the board of directors, guidelines and recommendations are observed. It provides the necessary to eliminate the deficiencies to the relevant executive unit and, if necessary, to the higher levels of the bank.
Irani said: The enforcement unit reports any important violations of laws and regulations as soon as possible and submits periodic reports to the High Compliance Committee and the bank’s board of directors regarding the status and quality of compliance with the bank’s laws and regulations.
The member of the board of directors and the head of the implementation committee of the Cooperative Development Bank reminded: Bank employees have special experiences in the correct implementation of processes and notifications of upper bodies, and it is considered that during processes using the valuable capacity of employees’ experiences, the bank’s procedures are in full compliance with laws and regulations. .
