The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azarbaijan announced that he received the order to start preparations for the registration of Ahar as the World City of Verni from the Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts.

Ahmed Hamzezadeh said on Sunday at the meeting of the cultural heritage, tourism and handicrafts working group: With the cooperation of the representatives of Ahar and Haris, we were able to get an order from the Minister of Cultural Heritage to start the preparations for registering Ahar as a World City of Verni.

He stated: Of course, the global registration process is complicated, but we follow these processes with pride.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azerbaijan announced the holding of the Verni National Festival after the month of Safar in Ahar city and said: Ambassadors of neighboring countries are invited to this festival.

Hamzezadeh continued: Due to the limitation of the world registration of Iran’s works in UNESCO, the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri is currently on the temporary list of the world registry, although the former minister and the current minister of cultural heritage have given a special order for the world registration of the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri.

He Babian said that the court and the area of ​​the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri will be restored: Also, last year, 17 archaeological boreholes were carried out in the area of ​​the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri, and now we can say that the area of ​​this tomb is 13 hectares and the area is 40 hectares.

Hamzezadeh said: Therefore, we will announce the area and privacy of the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri and we expect the Ahar municipality to cooperate in maintaining the area and privacy.

He announced the readiness of the provincial administrators to liberate the shrine of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri and reminded: We request the representatives of Ahar and Haris and the governor of Ahar to cooperate in the liberation of the shrine of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri. We have consulted with them to cooperate.

Hamzezadeh stated: If the UNESCO evaluators come to Ahar today, they will definitely abandon the case of the world registration of the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri, because the area of ​​this tomb has not yet been liberated, therefore, before the arrival of the UNESCO evaluators; We should liberate the area of ​​the tomb, and on the other hand, Ahar municipality should inquire about any construction around the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri from the cultural heritage.

Hamzezadeh announced the registration of Verni Ahar and Bonab Kebab festivals in the country’s cultural heritage events calendar and said: 65 festivals are held in East Azerbaijan, but only Verni Ahar and Bonab Kebab festivals have been registered in the calendar of events, so we plan to do so.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azarbaijan emphasized that Ahar city has the first rank in the province in the field of agricultural and horticultural tourism and said: We support the development of agricultural tourism in Ahar city, and if there is an applicant to create an agricultural tourism unit; We will issue the necessary permits as soon as possible.

He said: We are putting the national registration of Kalhor Castle (Kalfir Village Castle) on the agenda, therefore, we are assigning the archeology team of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage of East Azerbaijan a mission to, in cooperation with the Ahar Cultural Heritage Department; Complete the national registration file of this castle.

Hamzezadeh noted: If Ahar municipality prepares the site of the archeology museum, the historical objects belonging to Ahar city, which are kept in Azerbaijan Museum, will be transferred to Ahar Archeology Museum.

The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of East Azerbaijan pointed out that Arsbaran Education and Training Museum in Ahar city will be finalized soon, he noted: Part of the affairs of Arsbaran Education and Training Museum was under the responsibility of education, which is being done and soon this museum It will be finalized and also 90% of the Ahar Petroglyph Museum has been completed.

Ahmed Moharramzadeh, the representative of the people of Ahar and Haris, also stated that the city of Ahar cannot benefit from the presence of travelers and tourists, stating that the world registration of the tomb of Sheikh Shahabuddin Ahri and the second phase of the Yalsui hydrotherapy complex is one of our most important demands.

Pointing out that Ahar city has a potential capacity in the field of handicrafts, he said: During the visit of the Minister of Cultural Heritage, we requested credit for the roofing of the entrance to Nasirbeyg historical market, but the ministry has not yet communicated the credit to the province.

Moharramzadeh noted: Journalists and activists in the field of cultural heritage have demanded studies and national registration of the castle of Kalhor village, so we expect that this request will be investigated and the result announced by the order of the Director General of Cultural Heritage of East Azerbaijan.

Abulfazl Ghanizadeh, the governor of Ahar, also pointed out that the ancient city of Ahar was the political and economic strategic center of Arsbaran in the past centuries, and stated: The western territory of Ahar city has been included in mines and has created opportunities for the city, and on the other hand, if we do not enter scientifically, we will also find opportunities from We get it, and the territory of the south and southeast of the city has natural and tourism potential.

Governor of Ahar added: In the past, that is, the old Arsbaran, Verni was woven in most houses and it had a high level of job creation. If a little attention is paid to the area of ​​Verni, 50,000 jobs can be created in Ahar and its villages, Kalibar, Horand, Warzghan and Kharvana.

Referring to the tourism boom of the tribes in Ahar city, he said: On normal days, 80,000 to 100,000 liters of gasoline are consumed in Ahar, and on some days off; The daily consumption of gasoline in Ahar increases to 250,000 liters, i.e. the consumption increases 3 times, this shows that the passing tourists and the tourism of the tribes happen in this city.

Ghanizadeh emphasized the need for the cooperation of the executive bodies of the province in solving the obstacles in Fandalo Forest Park and said: “Unfortunately, Fandalo Forest Park has been neglected with all its potential. Bagharpour Babian said that after two years of administrative correspondence, none of the departments of water affairs, water and sewerage and agricultural jihad have accepted the custodian of the aqueducts of the city: cultural heritage cannot be the custodian of the aqueducts, but we have announced our readiness to register the aqueducts.

The head of the Ahar Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Department added: It is necessary to comply with the Ahar Historical Context Law, but some friends in the Ahar Municipality do not believe in the Historical Context Law, while the historical context is a law and has the approval process of the Guardian Council until the notification by the President. Bagharpour Babian said that there is a capacity to create ecotourism units in more than 45 villages of Ahar city, he said: we have not been successful in creating ecotourism units in villages, so we expect the mayors to cooperate with us in the field of encouraging and persuading the villagers to create ecotourism units. do
