Al-Mashat: Yemen has given blood to achieve freedom and independence


According to the report of Fars News Agency International Group, Mahdi Al-Mashat, the head of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, emphasized on Monday evening that a government should be established based on freedom and independence.

Al-Masira news channel reported by quoting Al-Mashat, Yemeni people have an opportunity to build a nationalist government that is far from guardianship. Because the period of guardianship has ended and Yemen has given blood to achieve freedom and independence.

He stated that the people of Yemen are facing a decisive war, the result of which is freedom and complete independence, and he clarified that it is necessary to confront the aggressive Saudi-Emirati coalition, preserve government institutions and establish a modern government.

This Yemeni official, pointing out that the parliament of this country should perform well and work seriously, emphasized at the end that from the beginning of the next lunar year, the Yemeni calendar will change from the Gregorian calendar to the Hijri calendar.

The head of the Supreme Political Council of Yemen recently criticized the cancellation of flights to Yemen by the aggressor Saudi-Emirati coalition and stated that the successive cancellation of flights from Sana’a airport by the Saudi coalition has almost destroyed the ceasefire.

He emphasized that the frequent cancellation of flights also makes the citizens deprived of this ceasefire. This Yemeni official, in a meeting with “Abdul Wahab Al-Dar”, the Minister of Transportation of this country, emphasized the reopening of routes in Taiz province and other provinces.

In this connection, “Mohammed Abdulsalam”, the spokesman of Yemen’s Ansarullah movement and the head of the Sana’a negotiating team, recently issued a statement regarding the extension of the ceasefire in Yemen.

Mohammad Abdus Salam announced: “After long discussions and investigations with the United Nations and other parties and sending a message from the United Nations to the head of the Supreme Political Council [یمن]Accepting the extension of the ceasefire was possible due to humanitarian motives” (more details).
