According to Mehr News Agency, quoted by Sputnik, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko issued a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 44th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution.

According to Sputnik, in the text of this congratulatory message, quoted by the press service of the presidential office of this country, addressed to his Iranian counterpart Seyed Ebrahim Raisi, it is stated: Our meetings during the meeting of the Council of the Heads of States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization have become a good tradition.

“Alexander Lukashenko” continues to add this message: Our negotiations in September 2022 in Samarkand have given a lot of energy to the cooperation between Belarus and Iran in all fields. I hope to visit Tehran in the near future and discuss important bilateral, regional and international issues.

In his congratulatory message, Lukashenko emphasized: Belarus has always been close to Iran, faithful to friendship and equal dialogue, and has acted responsibly towards the implementation of the agreements reached.
