Allocating land to build villas

According to Tejarat News, the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stating that good resources have been allocated to the National Housing Fund, said: “In cities where the majority of people live in one-story houses, we will give land for the construction of villas.”

According to ایسناRostam Ghasemi at the inauguration ceremony of the project of 15,480 housing units of the Ministry of Defense in Chitgar complex stated: The memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and the Ministry of Defense to build 100,000 housing units, which is expanding with double energy of the Ministry of Defense Is.

He added: the supply and demand of housing in the country is not commensurate. Therefore, the needs of the people, the commitment of the government and the law of leap production and housing supply oblige us to take a serious look at the housing sector, which is the driver of the economy.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development stated that the law on the leap in production and housing supply was announced in September last year: the payment of facilities and the creation of a national housing fund to which, thank God, good resources have been allocated and land supply has been taken.

Referring to the land supply plan for 4 million units of the National Housing Movement, Ghasemi said: “So far, land has been provided for 2.8 million units and 1.3 million units have been implemented, and God willing, we will start building 2 million units by the end of September.” .

He reminded: in the Mehr housing project, where the blocks were stuck together, 127 families lived per hectare, and in the National Housing Movement, we increased this to 50 families per hectare to increase the quality of life.

The Minister of Roads and Urban Development, stating that we are taking appropriate measures to provide land, said: “In cities where people live in one-story units, we will hand over land to build villas.” With the exception of some areas, including the north of the country, there is no problem in providing land elsewhere.

According to Ghasemi, renovation and improvement of 100,000 worn-out units in Tehran is planned, of which 50,000 units are currently under construction.
