The Cooperation Program with International Professionals and Entrepreneurs is a system for submitting applications by non-Iranian professionals and entrepreneurs to receive special support from the Center for International Interaction of the Vice President for Science and Technology; A system that seeks to provide a range of services and facilities for elite immigrants and entrepreneurs, to make life easier in Iran, to provide opportunities for them to grow and prosper, and for Iranian society to benefit from their talents.

According to a report by the Vice President for Science and Technology on Saturday, a program of cooperation with international experts and entrepreneurs has been defined in order to implement a comprehensive document on Iran’s international relations based on developing a mechanism for attracting, staying and regulating the capacity of foreign scientists, researchers, technologists and students. And welcomes all elite immigrants and entrepreneurs who want to stay and work in Iran. The four services provided are as follows: ‌

Facilitate accommodation; One of the services provided to immigrant elites and entrepreneurs by the Vice President for Science and Technology is the granting of long-term residences of 3, 5 and 10 years in Iran, which helps them to access public services such as banking, Benefit from a driver’s license, employment license, ownership, etc.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Facilities; After staying in Iran, these people will benefit from services such as receiving support for the establishment of knowledge-based and creative companies. Also, the International Science and Technology Interaction Center of the Vice President for Science and Technology has provided facilities such as internships in innovative institutions. , Other facilities for entrepreneurship and innovation to these people include attracting top graduates in technology and innovative institutions.

Facilities for researchers and specialists;Another service provided to immigrant elites is to provide conditions for them to participate in workshops, training courses and scientific tours. This work, along with introducing the Iranian technology and innovation ecosystem to these people, provides the conditions for improving their scientific level in the country. Providing financial facilities to top immigrant researchers is another service provided to them.

Welfare facilities;The Vice President for Science and Technology also facilitates the presence of these people in the country by providing grants for attending scientific meetings and conferences and providing loans and university tuition grants.
