Allocation of renovation and retrofitting loans to historical structures/banking facilities for temporary accommodation is given to residents

He added: With the follow-ups carried out by this deputy and the urban regeneration company, and in line with the implementation of the law on the protection of historical structures, it was decided that all existing bank facilities for renovation within the limits of the urban regeneration goal and the housing jump law, with a factor of 0.8 Within the scope of historical contexts for the purpose of restoration and retrofitting, and during the period of restoration, bank facilities for temporary accommodation will also be granted to the residents of these buildings. This proposal will be valid in the country’s banking system after the approval of the Money and Credit Council.
