Considering the embargo conditions of the two countries and the existing problems in the supply of auto parts, how do Iran and Russia cooperate? Does Iran’s automotive industry also remove options and safety parts?

Mohammadreza Najafimanesh, the head of the Homogeneous Industries and Components Manufacturers Association, in a conversation with Tejaratnews, claimed: Russia took a logical and appropriate action. If Iran does this, it will help the industry. Many of the innovations that occur in the country’s industry are implemented by force due to the conditions of embargo and lack of access to it. Referring to the possibility of cooperation between Iran and Russia, he added: “However, negotiations have not been conducted to determine the type of cooperation between the two countries, and it is not clear what type of cooperation they will have in car production.”

According to Tejarat News, if such a possibility is realized, the quality and safety of Iranian cars may decrease even more.
