According to Fars, the head of the diplomatic service said in a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart last night that he had a 90-minute conversation with Erdogan. In this regard, he added: “Today, we had important and diverse conversations in two stages, privately and in a meeting with the presence of each colleague in the Foreign Ministry of Iran and Turkey. We talked and consulted with President Erdogan on bilateral, regional and international issues for more than 90 minutes. . Bilateral political, economic and cultural issues were discussed. One of the main axes of our talks was to focus on the implementation of the comprehensive strategic cooperation program between Iran and Turkey as quickly as possible. This program was signed during Mr. Erdogan’s visit to Tehran last month.
This was Amir Abdullahian’s second visit to Turkey after assuming the position of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
