Amir Ghafarmanesh and Amir Karbalaizadeh come again with “Farewell Dinner”.

Charso Press: This director said: We performed this show last year, which was well received by the audience, but we faced social unrest and it was not possible to continue the performance.

He added: During this time, we had a lot of demand to perform this show again. On the other hand, in a situation where many of us are not in a good mood, this show will improve our mood as a performing group and we hope that it will bring a good mood to the audience as well. Considering the reception it received last year, we thought it might not be bad to perform it again.

Khasab, who at the same time does not consider the performance of this show to be without risk, explained: The theater has come alive after a year and some of the well-known artists are also on the stage. However, I still don’t know how well the performance of the show, especially the comedy show, will be received by the audience. With all this, we thought it wouldn’t be bad if we could give the audience a good mood for an hour and make them forget their worries and problems in the short time they are watching this work.

He, who had performed this show last year with Amir Ghafarmanesh, Javane Delshad and Amir Karbalaizadeh, said about the possible changes in the re-performance of this show compared to the previous one: the overall work and cast are the same, but we have minor changes.

The play “Farewell Dinner” is written jointly by Mathieu Dolaport and Alexander Dolaptoli, which is translated by Shahla Haeri, and its summary reads:

The show “Farewell Dinner” questions the concept of friendship and human relationships in today’s world and deals with the topic of why we hang out with those with whom we have no desire to continue our relationship, but we don’t have the courage to break the relationship out of habit or out of shame. In the end, the story challenges the value of humans and their relationships with each other and explores the bonds between humans in the context of humor.

This show will be staged on the 10th of November at 19:30 in Malik Hall.
