According to the Mehr News Agency, citing the public relations of Saba Radio, “Maman Pez” is the title of the cooking show that will be aired on Saba’s airwaves with the actress who plays the role of sweet grandmother.

In this program, as always, Rabia Madani plays the role of a grandmother who cooks with her grandson and while cooking, she tells her stories and experiences to her grandson and the listeners so that the food becomes tastier like Mama Pez’s food.

On Friday, November 6, this program will teach the audience one of the oldest and most authentic recipes of “Ashkeneh”.

Ashkeneh is one of the delicious and authentic Iranian dishes, which unfortunately is rarely cooked nowadays. Dashkneh is a traditional and old Iranian dish, which has a very long history, and the origin of this dish is attributed to Khorasan. This dish is prepared as a soup and eaten with bread. This delicious and traditional dish does not need much time to cook. Therefore, it can be a suitable option for busy people or students.
