According to Iran Economist From the central bank, it is stated in this circular, in the meeting of the money and credit council, it was decided to increase the ceiling of housing construction and purchase facilities from the certificate of pre-emption of housing facilities as described in the following table in order to increase the coverage of housing purchase costs.

The ceiling of the Jaala housing facility should be increased up to 160 million Tomans from the certificate of priority right to use the housing facility, according to the changes in construction costs during the years 1400 and 1401.

Collaborating with the applicants, it is necessary to provide the opportunity to repay the installments of the said facility in a staggered manner according to the applicant’s request. Therefore, the situation should be communicated to the relevant executive units
