Android 12 was released for Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3

The Android 12 update was released via the One UI 4 user interface for Samsung’s latest clamshell phones. Of course, it will probably take a few weeks for all Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 users to get this update.

The One UI 4 update was first released for the Galaxy S21 series, but we didn’t have to wait long for this update to be released for Samsung clamshell phones. According to reports SamMobile, The stable version of Android 12 has just been released for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3.

This update will apparently reach users of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 via a version called F711BXXU2BUKM, and includes the December 2021 security patch. However, apparently this update is currently limited to Serbia and other countries in the world will receive it soon.

Android 12 comes with One UI 4

On the other hand, Samsung has started releasing the One UI 4 update for the Galaxy Z Fold 3 from its homeland, South Korea. Interestingly, Android 12 was apparently first made available to those who had Android 11 on their mobile phones. However, One UI 4 beta users are also expected to receive a stable version of the interface soon.

The new update of the Samsung user interface, in addition to the main features of Android 12, includes many optimizations in the field of privacy and security. Inspired by the “Material U” design language, this version also uses a new feature called Color Palettes that changes the shape and appearance of the system.

Although Samsung will release Android 12 only for Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 this month, next month, January 2022, we can see the release of One UI 4 for more phones, including Galaxy Z Fold 2, Galaxy Z Flip , Galaxy S20 series and Galaxy Note 10 series. Samsung’s full app for Android 12 was released earlier.
