Based on this, motorcycle traffic is prohibited from 12:00 noon today until 6:00 am on Saturday from Karaj-Chalus, Haraz, Firouzkoh and Tehran-Semnan-Mashhad axes and vice versa. Of course, the movement of police and rescue motorcycles to perform essential missions will be unhindered in the allowed traffic flow.
Regarding the traffic restrictions imposed on Chalus road, he also said: In case of heavy traffic, the traffic of all kinds of vehicles is prohibited on this axis from 12:00 to 24:00 on Friday from Karaj and the beginning of Tehran-North Azadrah towards Marzan Abad, and if the officials announce Traffic police in the area, traffic of all types of vehicles will be one-way from Marzan Abad to Karaj and Tehran from 15:00 to 24:00 on the same day. In this axis, all kinds of trailers, trucks and lorries are still prohibited.
The head of Faraja Highway Police Information and Traffic Control Center added: In Haraz axis, it is predicted that from 14:00 to 22:00 on Friday, if the traffic load is heavy, this axis will be partially one-way from north to south. Also, the traffic of all trailers is still prohibited from this axis, and regarding the traffic of trucks and vans, except for the carriers of fuel and perishable materials, this prohibition also exists from 12:00 to 24:00 on Wednesday and from 6:00 to 24:00 on Thursday and Friday.
Shirani also emphasized that the implementation of the aforementioned restrictions will depend on the increase in the volume of traffic in the axes, and if the traffic situation is normal, the implementation of the restrictions will be canceled with coordination.
