In this plan, the cars offered from August to March 1401 will be delivered at an uncertain price. In the first pre-sale plan of Saipa in 1401, 90 thousand and 737 applicants participated and 81 thousand and 51 people were recognized as eligible. The capacity of the offered products is 16,300 cars. In this project, six Saipa products were offered.

In this project, 2,650 Shahin vehicles, 2,900 ordinary Quick vehicles, 5,250 Saina vehicles, 2,250 Quick S vehicles, 1,850 Quick.R vehicles and 1,400 Saipa vans were offered.
