He continued: According to the resolution of the Board of Directors of Maskan Bank, in order to further support the process of buying and building housing for elites and top talents, the repayment period of the facility should be determined for 20 years.

He added: due to the importance of energy consumption management in housing construction, supporting the production of housing with new technologies has been on the agenda of the bank’s senior managers since last years, and accordingly, in the credit policies that are made every year for the bank’s facility is regulated, this matter is in the priority of granting facilities.

He added: With the same approach and in order to encourage mass builders to build housing with new technologies, the amount of facilities for these applicants was increased to 600 million tomans this year.

Fazelian stated: With the entry of knowledge-based companies into the industries related to the strategic housing and construction industry, we can witness an increase in the security of the country’s buildings, a decrease in energy consumption, and an increase in productivity while creating employment.
