He pointed out: According to the above legal article, producers and importers who, with the approval of the Environmental Protection Organization, have recycled waste from their raw materials, parts and goods are not subject to these duties.

The Deputy Minister of Tax Revenues of the Tax Affairs Organization of the country also stated: Persons producing and importing raw materials, parts and included goods (as described in the table below) are obliged to calculate the waste duties on raw materials, parts and covered goods based on the sale price and the declaration and payment form Complete the waste within fifteen days from the expiration date of each period (end of each season) in the electronic value added tax system at www.intamedia.ir and pay the amount of the related duties to the account of the Tax Affairs Organization under the heading “Environment” کنند to deposit.

According to IRNA, monitoring the implementation of large-scale executive projects in the field of waste management is mentioned in paragraph “and” Note 6 of Budget Law 1400, according to which activities such as executive management of these projects are the responsibility of the Organization of Municipalities and Villages.
