Annual housing price increase in Tehran / 50% increase in rent in Janatabad

Eram neighborhood with 54% increase in apartment rent along with Koi Bimeh with 59% increase in rent in the past year among the neighborhoods in the table below have recorded the highest percentage increase in apartment rent.
