The Deputy Minister of Heritage, Culture, Tourism and Handicrafts emphasized: “In the matter of selection, our view should be preventive and guiding, and we need trustworthy people who keep secrets and can select people based on behavioral and professional competencies. “In the field of selection, the presence of trained, insightful and experienced personnel is important.”
