Apple confirmed the problem with the iPhone 14 Pro display


A few weeks ago, some iPhone 14 Pro users reported a strange problem that caused their device to show horizontal lines on its screen when it was turned on. Now Apple has officially confirmed this problem and wants to release a Software update fix it

According to the report MacRumorsIn a new note, Apple has acknowledged the issue with the iPhone 14 Pro and addressed concerns about a hardware flaw in the device, confirming that it is investigating the issue and will soon release a new iOS update to fix it. Apple says in its note:

“iPhone 14 Pro owners may report that when they turn on or open their phone, they briefly see horizontal lines flashing across the screen. “Apple is aware of this issue and will soon release a software update to fix it.”

iPhone 14 Pro users reported the issue on social media earlier in December, however, the exact details, including whether Apple is currently investigating the issue or whether it is a hardware or software problem, were unknown at the time. Also, one of Apple’s support forces announced that this problem is due to the drivers and an update will be released soon.

iOS 16.3 is currently being tested with developers and members of the public beta program, but the update isn’t expected to be available for at least a few more weeks. Before that, however, Apple may release iOS 16.2.1 after the release of iOS 16.2 last month to address this issue and other bugs that users have been experiencing.
