Appointment of the chairman and members of the Technical Council of Cultural Heritage of South Khorasan Province

According to the Arya Heritage report, by the order of Ali Darabi, Deputy Minister and Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Hadi Shahvardi, Vahid Behfaranjad, Mohammad Ali Janati Far, Mohammad Ali Bozormehr, Mohammad Reza Soroush, Morteza Sorgi and Parisa Jamshidi were appointed as members of the Heritage Technical Council.
The technical council of each province consists of: the director general of the province (chairman of the council), the deputy of the cultural heritage of the province (secretary and member of the council) and a group of experts and experienced experts in this field and sometimes experimental architects, whose number of members varies according to the scope and volume of activity of each province.
This council was formed for the purpose of targeted and integrated monitoring, detailed expert investigations and decision-making in the form of existing laws and regulations, and using collective wisdom to organize and implement the duties of the ministry in the legal protection and preservation of immovable historical monuments registered in the list of national monuments and other relevant lists.
The main activity of this council is to review and give preliminary opinions in cases such as the conformity of the service description approved by the technical committee of the country’s cultural heritage deputy with the special conditions of historical monuments; Compilation of suggested instructions in order to properly perform the duties of the technical council of the province within the limits of authority; Reviewing and making initial comments about the criteria of plans prepared in connection with historical and cultural works; Reviewing and commenting on urban and rural plans; And also review and comment on the reports of restoration workshops.
